The Romantic Riversong Room or in our Mountain Forest Garden

To love and to cherish from this day forward. Your wedding Day and/or Reception in the Romantic Ruidoso Riversong Room or in our Mountain Forest Garden will inspire your guests to fall in love all over again!

We provide exquisite rehearsal, wedding, and reception accommodations for your Special Day, with everything for an intimate garden wedding and reception for 50, to a magnificent full formal 70 aisle processional ceremonial for 400 guests.

Plan early in order to hold your special date. Many weddings are booked 12 to 18 months ahead of the actual date. (Although we have held gorgeous weddings on no more than a few days notice!) If you check Mountain Annie's Event Calendar, you will note there are fully open days and evenings available; however, do not be discouraged even if the day appears to be booked. Often,we can make changes in order to accommodate your most important Day.

A preliminary consultation with our wedding planner will establish basic agreements, and you may wish to visit with us at the venue to establish specifics. When your decision has been made, a $500 nonrefundable deposit will hold your special date.

Our wedding arrangements include many standard features that would normally cost extra at less opulent venues. If you like choices and options, we can provide so many more, including a live stage performance for your reception by professional entertainers that your guests will remember forever.

Wedding Ceremonies or Receptions for Interdenominational Christian, Jewish, or Civil Unions may be conducted in the Stately and Romantic Riversong Room at anytime available January through December, or in our intimate Mountain Forest Garden May through September. Some couples prefer a combination of both, such as a wedding in the summer garden with the reception in our Riversong room.

WE CAN PROVIDE:

• Time for the Rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, and we can provide a full Rehearsal Dinner or light horsdoevres.
  
• All tables (round Jalisco solid tropicana-rose-colored marble tables for 8-10 guests, as well as other 8 rectangular tables) and Chairs for up to 400 guests.
  
• Centerpieces of pastel silk roses and hydrangeas.
  
• Cloth napkins in white, ecru, or red-orange hue, enhanced, if you like, with ribbons in the color of your choice.
  
• White Dishes, Standard Flatware, Goblets, and Wine Glasses.
  
• A gift table, and a table for your guest registry.
  
• Four-ft. wide, 70-ft. long aisle with aisle cloth.
  
• Fully Decorated Wedding Arch or Chuppah.
  
• A Delicious Dinner served to your guests tables, of roast beef and rosemary-basil chicken, a double-entre meal, including baked potato, steamed Caribbean-blend vegetables, coffee, tea, lemondade, or fruit punch.
  
• A glass of champagne, if desired, at the appropriate time and at no additional cost, for each of your adult guests to toast the new Bride and Groom.
  
• Bi-lingual Servers who speak both English and Spanish.
  
• Bar with bartender. (A large selection of wines and beers available at a small additional cost for your guests) Most couples prefer that guests be on their own for the purchase of beer and wine over and above the traditional complimentary glass of champagne. However, if you wish to purchase additional alcoholic beverages for your guests, you may choose for us to issue drink tickets based on a pre-determined allotment for each guest, or make other bar arrangements.
  
• Luscious White sheet cake with rich butter creme frosting, will be served to your guests as dessert at no extra charge. (This saves the cost of a huge wedding cake, allowing the bride and groom to provide only a small beautiful cake to be purchased for the bride and grooms sharing ritual.)
  
• A 1,470 square-foot area for dancing in the elegant Riversong Room.
  
• CD recordings of traditional prelude, processional, and recessional music, or we can play other CDs of your choice on our Sound System. Wireless, hand-held microphones and speakers.
  
• A Childrens playhouse room, located upstairs, where infants and young children may be cared for, is stocked with kids foods, milk, and juices, favorite toys, coloring books, tv, Disney and other appropriate DVDs. You can view pictures of the Childrens playhouse room on this web site.
• Conveniently located Ladies Room and Mens Room large enough for the entire wedding entourage to dress for the wedding. The Ladies Room has a full-length, 7-ft. mirror.

THE COSTS:

Wedding packages start at $2,500 for up to 50 guests. Please call us at 575-257-7982 to discuss details and quotes. We are honored to have been bestowed by overwhelming compliments by brides, mothers of brides, and couples in their appreciation of our care and concern in providing the most beautiful venue, planning assistance, and accessories at the most reasonable rates. The costs for your wedding and/or reception with us must be paid one month in advance of the date, and we can establish a payment plan by cash, cashiers check, or credit card.
